Growing up near the Cherokee Reservation, I have met wise and helpful men and women through my years and they have taught and shown me many wonders. In my many years of travel and extended stays in the West, I have come to know an assortment of quality Native American people that have helped me understand and appreciate their culture. From the Crow to the Lakota Sioux and the Shoshone, these faces are friends that I highly respect and am very grateful for the time and patience they have shown me. These are windows into a proud and honorable people that deserve our efforts to help preserve their heritage at all costs.
